The SL200 Super Lift System is a heavy-duty hydraulic gantry designed for the safe lifting, positioning, and movement of large loads in industrial environments. It uses synchronised hydraulic cylinders mounted on mobile base units to lift loads vertically while also allowing controlled movement along skid tracks and optional transverse movement via side-shift units. The system is remotely operated, enabling precise, computer-controlled lifting and travel while keeping operators at a safe distance.

This Volvo FM 8x4 rigid is fitted with a Fassi F545RA.2.25 XE-Dynamic hydraulic crane, delivering excellent lifting capability and reach for heavy-duty transport and on-site lifting operations. The crane provides a maximum lifting capacity of 15,500 kg at 2.85 m, with strong performance across the working range including 10,330 kg at 4.6 m, 7,330 kg at 6.35 m, and 3,080 kg at 14.2 m, making it ideal for lifting plant, construction materials, and heavy equipment.

The compact leg spread coupled with the FSC Stability Control system makes the FASSI F990RA very well suited to the application. With the FSC-SII stability system matched with HS supplementary outriggers, the crane can work up to rated capacity with the outriggers extended by only 25%, safely controlled by the tilt sensor. The addition of front mounted stabilisers allowing 90% lifting capacity over the cab completes this versatile complete vehicle solution.
The compact dimensions of the F990RA combined with extending bed means that not only has no load length capability been lost (compared with the standard flatbed 8-wheeler) but additional capacity is achieved.
The F990RA.2.28 has eight extensions for a reach of 19.85m where it will lift 3,255Kg. The L426 flyjib has also been supplied extending this reach to 31.7m & 770Kg. Close in, the crane will lift an impressive 21,500Kg

Our Rear mounted Vehicle is very useful for lifting in hard to reach areas. The crane being at the back means it can lift around 10 tonnes if it can back up next to the object that needs lifting. This can be supplied with a drag trailer, with a payload of 13 Tonnes, making it a very efficient vehicle.
