RJC Rigid Lorry Loaders with a 42 tonne per metre crane and a steady gradient plant body can offer a wide variety of scope when it comes to general lift and shift of goods or the ability to drive plant/goods on and off. The payload on the vehicles is approximately 10500kg – 11800kg (vehicle model dependant). RJC has 6 of these versatile vehicles in fleet and can come with either double drive for not so good ground construction sites or with rear steer for tight access sites.

The vehicles are based on European spec enabling goods to be delivered to European destination (4m Height restrictions in Europe). All vehicles come with full edge protection enabling the operator to safely stand on the vehicle to sling the load if the need arises. All RJC drivers are also harness trained for loading and unloading cabins. The Cranes lifting capacity is constantly electronically monitored in relation to the extension position of the outrigger legs ensuring total operating safety.

The Crane itself is fitted with a slew restrictor that can be set to limit contact on site with overhead obstructions and also limits slewing near live traffic (set up is needed prior to arriving on site). The vehicle can also operate on short rig duties. The ramps on the vehicle can be sowed in an upright position for maximising the plant bed for drive on plant or they can be stored flat for maximising the bed for oversized goods.
