General Data Protection Policy

RJC Lowloaders Ltd is committed to ensuring ongoing compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection regulation. We take the safeguarding of information very seriously and have processes in place to ensure that all data is stored securely at all times.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

RJC Lowloaders Ltd store and utilise company address details, contact names, job titles, telephone numbers , e-mail addresses, to contact with customers and suppliers within the normal context of transactional business. We also hold bank details for payment of suppliers. We do not store customer payment details.

This information will be used for business activities only e.g. enquires, quotations, orders, invoices, remittances and payments plus general communication regarding a transaction. We also hold information about employees for use in the day to day running of the company e.g. Name and address, drivers licence details, dates of birth, next of kin, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses.

We may share your information with third parties in some circumstances, including 1) With your consent;

2) When we have good faith it is required by law, such as pursuant to a legal process.

If we are going to share your information in response to legal process, we will give you notice so you can challenge it, unless we’re prohibited by law or believe doing so may endanger others.

The RJC Lowloaders Ltd management team has informed all involved in the collection and storage of data about the importance of the correct data protection procedures.
The company has processes in place to ensure that any data breaches are detected quickly, and reported to management to ensure it is investigated and corrected in a timely manner.
